Some computers may need a slight change to a configuration to use the app. Let us know you're experiencing on the "Get Support" form and we'll work through your specific issue.
Why am I seeing the security box when starting the app?
This version of the app runs a program on our secure server. Because the program is run on our server, Microsoft is letting you know. While this is not a common strategy to implement an app, it has let us speed the development of our app. Expect an update soon. And, if you haven't already, click on the "Don't ask me again..." box to bypass this message.
